Beautiful Savior Academy.
Beautiful Savior Academy has been serving our community since the fall of 1992. Through the years we have grown from a small co-op preschool to an early learning center inclusive of all children ages 3 (preschool) through 5 (kindergarten). With an average enrollment of approximately 85 students per school year we have been blessed to have touched the lives of thousands of children.
The true testimony to our impact is shown in that many of our first students are now parents themselves and they have chosen our program for their children. Our mission remains over the years to provide age appropriate education inclusive of all domains of development in a loving Christian environment. Modeling acceptance of others and the love of Jesus, while providing a fun learning environment, has proved essential in instilling a love for learning and the ability to empathize and interact with ones’ peer group. These essential elements of early learning prepare our students for future success.
By donating to ACSTO in our name, you will be providing families the opportunity to be able to make the decision for their child to continue their early education in a loving Christian environment. For many families the monthly tuition of a private, Christian education is not an option in their budget making these scholarships vital to their decision.
As an Arizona taxpayer, your donation to ACSTO provides scholarships for students to attend Christian Schools while you receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit against your state tax liability!
A tax credit is very different than a charitable deduction—rather than reduce your taxable income, it directly reduces your state tax liability (a.k.a. the tax you pay). This means that at the end of the year, if you normally receive a refund, you’ll get a bigger refund. If you normally owe taxes, you’ll owe less. It is to your advantage to participate in this program!
For example, if your tax liability is $1,000 and you make a $750 donation to ACSTO, your liability will be reduced to $250.
In addition, you can donate all the way up until Tax Day or before you file your taxes (whichever of these comes first), and still claim the credit for the previous tax year.
The best part? ACSTO uses your tax credit donation to award tuition scholarships to Christian School students attending one of our Partner Schools. You can even identify a school or recommend a specific student to be considered for a scholarship.
